★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable poor service at this bank . My mother has an account here , I submitted all documents and even after one month the account is not regularized. I have visited the bank several times but no cooperation. Staff behavior too rude and bad .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by the bank. My mother has been going each and every day to ask about the money given by the odisha govt to the children reading in the government schools. She have submitted the documents nearly one month ago but the bank is not doing anything.... The people telling that they will do today- Tomorrow but not doing. The worst bank in the puri. She have travel around 3km everyday in the scorching heat to reach the bank??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a help counter but without a placard. The person who sits at the counter does not know how to speak. I went there to create an account which was quite necessary for me but finally felt, what kind of bank it is where staffs does not know how to speak. They just speak like hammering words. Bankers must be very polite and well-behaved.
