β β β β β seriously i hated dis bank because of its workers the timing of submit fees of G.D.Goenka Public School Agra is 9.30 to 1.30 on saturday i went there at 1.15 .....but the girl who was submit the fees she refuse to take she said me that you are late m i late still i have 15 min.....no one is coming so she do the entry of all fees....i just hate dis bank seriously...n the way she talked to me just rude...IDBI bank plz see how your workers are working you all are for public but you are not doing your job properly just because my school is attached with this bank i have to submit my fees here but for me HDFC bank is far better than your bank because they know how to handle people ....plz maintain and give training to yout workers

β β β β β Bank is good but 1 star on IDBI ATM services worst in the world .
They have only 4-5 atms across the whole city in which maximum u won't find more than two working arms and that will also become zero if it's a weekend off leave alone any vacation.
And since the atms is less or not working u sure will need to access money withdraw from other atms which sure invite charges .
So it's like u paying for something which should be free. And u are paying because of banks poor ATM management .
In all last 10 years every bank has reached progress but this bank has not even 10% developed in terms of customer satisfaction toward banking and ATM services .
God save those customers who ever have emergency and they rely on the banking atms services.
