★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A third class services with very law knowledge staff just keep the work pending and do not want to close the issue and believe in not making the long relationships with the customer. Merging of this bank with the reputed one may loss the actual merger. No client services, no duty responsibility, I feel very unlucky that i am part of this which soon would not be. Please do not go with this bank better keep away

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDBI bank is the worst bank . They make money by deducting unnecessary charges. I recently closed my account in IDBI and they charged 500+GST for it. RBI should take strict action against such banks. This is the reason these kind of banks never grow and will never grow.
Staff is also too lazy and try to avoid your work giving useless reasons. I will be writing all the trouble till date with IDBI bank to RBI. They even don't deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Account ******* is still in inactive state. I visited the IDBI Branch (Address: 6-7 Vipul Square Sector Road Block B, Phase 1, Sushant Lok Phase I, Gurugram, Haryana 122002) one month+ ago and submitted all required documents as demanded by the Bank Executive for Account Activation.
After one month I raised complaints (082/38764136, 082/38808483) regarding this but status is still inactive and complaints closed.
Very bad services by this branch. No response on contact no mentioned on website.
