★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 teller counter. Even that person is missing from the seat. Doing some work in the ATM. Had to wait for almost half n hour. No other person to deal with the customers. Very irresponsible attitude of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Bank manager didn't want to resolved any issues of customer. Iam facing this for the last 1 and half years still nor getting any solution at all.
Is this is the way of handling customer. Now BM is not picking my phone too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor aervice. Staff named Ankur doesn't have manners to talk. When customer complained about his rude tone, other lady sitting next to him started supporting him as if he can't speak himself. I wish this bank gets closed soon as I am 100% sure that whosoever will visit this bank will be disappointed with the staff behavior.
When I told Ankur that he is rude, he mentioned that i am free to leave as if I am going to sit entire day. I was in the bank for not even 5 mins and I had such a disastrous experience. The customer sitting next to me was equally disappointed with staff behavior. What else do you expect.
I really don't think that my review will make any difference, however who so ever is reading this comment, spare yourself visiting this branch.
If you visit, spare yourself from being attended by Ankur who sits at help desk. He doesn't help. He creates problem and he talks rude so that you don't go to him again.
