★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No importance to customers. Took 5hrs for a RTGS transfer , took 4 complaints and 5 visits to just update the account status.
Provides Rupay card in the world of VISA card.
Rude staff that keeps changing every 3 months.
Machine never works.
Teller services has a big line and moves slowly (lack of computer skills of the one who sits there).
Please consider other banks before coming to this.
