★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misguiding customers - Service person in-charge provided insufficient information. I had a suspicion that my phone is deactivated due to no use for more than 3 months. However I was receiving SMS and phone but unable to make phone calls. When he checked he asked me to buy a new sim costing me 75₹. Upon doing so and activation. I enquired about the process. It is then he informed that my no was actually active and my balance was zero. So had I recharged with balance, my problem would have been solved.
