★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located near Metro station 51 and at a corner of Hosiyar pur.it is situated in a village so localty not so good.
It is small and have just basic facilities with limited staff (one or two persons generally present).
And staff is also less cooperative.

Apart form Airtel and Jio all other cellular providers suck...Dropped calls, network issues, expensive plans, lack of support etc. my 5star rating is for the Idea employee on the store who went additional miles to help me convert my Postpaid to prepaid after regular hours i.e post 8 PM... The guy will go a long way in his career...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheaters!! This review is specific to this shop not for idea..I don't know the seller's name. What happened is when I went there to get my sim ported to idea, he gave me a new sim and told to call him back to get first flexi recharge of rs.120 after sim gets activated but gave me his wrong contact number.
So that if I wud not go back there, he could have my 120rs as I wouldn't be able to contact him on call.
That's not only about 120rs but about the intention of that person..
Hope it could be a little helpful and before leaving the shop, verify the contact number provided by the seller.

The behaviour of employee was good and reissued my sim within a few minutes but he charged me some amount for that but as per company norms no such reissue charges are applicable
