★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This IDEA store is a decent location where one can resolve issues with regards to Sim upgrade, address change, aadhar update etc. The staff is courteous and willing to go that extra mile and help the customers.
The customer gets due attention to their questions as well as various service requests. Like any other carrier they also have certain limitations to very specific issues and can only be resolved by calling the IDEA customer care.
