Please change store staff because .staff not know about recharge plan and not give proper ans.
Today I visited store for my pending recharge
But I still not resolve my qurie .I never visit agine .

In the office there is sofa but no one can wait there. Waiting place is outside lobby where is no sitting arrangements!!! So why you put sofa in your office for showpiece ???
No star for this attitude but have to post this so giving 1 star for this bad experience...

I told them using have smart phone to use but they keep saying If you want old number to be start you must do 650 FRC. I mean what kind of service guys your providing not happy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not give proper or full or detail information about recharge. Also not give cash receipt if they accept cash. If customer do recharge from this store and any incident happen then they say ask to customer care. Why ? They have not information. I have paid 560 for converting postpaid to prepaid and only 495 frc recharge done what about rest 65 ?? ... Unsatisfied with it.
