Mr Sunny Arora asked for₹249 and did will do recharge later. 4 days have been passed but nothing such done ?.

The first time I went there to submit my visa extended so the number doesn't get deactivated Mr. Sunny said wait till you receive a message from idea that this procedure is required...and if you didn't receive any, then let it get deactivated then we will activate it for you with the same number. Today I went there with that message, both of Mr. Rahul and Mr. Sunny didn't know what needs to be done.
If I could keep the last star empty I would have... They don't respect your time, money or you as a customer.
