★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class staff with rude behavior. Unnecessarily asking for the documents for the problems because they dont have the knowledge. From last 3 months they are not clearing 1 issue even I have 4 connections. Also they are not giving all options to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class service. They have hired illiterate person for thier executive post. There is one person Deepak soni he talk to me like Gunda and abuse with me to hide thier own fault.
If you want to hire Gunda for your Executive post than plz close the store.
Go to this store only if you want to insult your self.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service because they very much interested to cheat customer because i have converted my number form post paid to prepaid so they ask me to first recharge of 485 rupees , after recharge i demand for payment receipt but the didn't give me and say that you will receive the SMS for the same but after leave the store i received SMS of 249 rupees only , then after i realize why they are not give me payment receipt? Idea has charged me 236 rupees extra without any explanation. also upload image of SMS & POS slip of my payment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get a prepaid sim card but the boy in the staff there told me that I have to get postpaid then if you get prepaid then he did not give it to me ,And spoiled me telling me that postpaid has to be compulsory when i went to another store and found out that there is no compulsory
