I went to this shop today (15-Jun-2019) around noon to buy M2 screws of different length. The owner of this shop, Mr. Rakesh Shah told me that they will cost me anywhere between ₹25 - ₹40 per 100 pieces depending on their length. As that was lunch time, workers were not available and he asked me to wait. I went out and came back after half an hour. One of his staff while picking up screws for me asked "will color of the screw matter to you"? I said "no". Then he made small packets for me and jot down the count of each screw on one small slip and scribbled something on top of it and handed over to Mr. Rakesh. On seeing the slip Mr. Rakesh told the staff that why did you gave the nickle plated screws, they are costlier, and staff replied back something that I didn't understood. When I asked that I need normal screw, Mr. Rakesh arrogantly told me that this is what I have, take it or leave them. As I was running for time, I took it by paying almost double the money that he initially quoted. It is not a matter of how much money I paid extra, but basically they tricked me and cheated to shell out more money.
