★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even giving single rating is no use to them,they are cheating students by getting registration fee as 500rs and finally no opportunity.No where they have mentioned about registration fee,but when you go there an idiot will be acting as head and gives a brochure to read.very good boss u have learnt to fool students but i ll not allow this to happen.
Do no to go ideal home tutions,If you really want part time job please visit Eon education or think vidya they are genuine sites,I am teling this because i have been cheated but without paying i got oppotunity from Eon education and think vidya (urbanpro)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For all the teachers & tutors in Bangalore, let me share you my experience with Ideal Home Tuition.
My name is Chandra & I'm a registered tutor at Ideal Home Tuition.
Application process:
I had applied on their website & filled my details as asked in the application form on the website.
In the form I had mentioned all my teaching preferences like what I would like to teach & my preferable locations. After submitting the form, I got a call from the company's HR verifying my details & fixing an appointment for interview and document verification. I was asked to come with a copy of my CV, qualification certificate, identity proof & passport size photograph.
Interview:
I reached the place 10 minutes before the scheduled time. The HR collected my documents & asked to wait for my turn.
The interview was quite basic. I was asked to introduce myself, about my education, work experience, teaching experience, etc. After document verification, I was given a prospectus with application form & asked to go through the company's T&C before going further. The T&C were Ok with me. There was a 500 registration fee mentioned in the prospectus which I was earlier not aware of. But they had also mentioned a condition in which if the company was not able to provide any opportunity within 2 months, they will refund back half of the registration fee. That showed the company is actually confident & eager to provide the opportunities. I was also referred to Ideal Home Tuition by my friend but she never mentioned any registration fee. I had a word with her & she mentioned the company is reliable as she herself was teaching 2 students referred by the company. So I finally decided to give it a go & registered!
It was almost a month but didn't got any update from the company. I was thinking to call them & then the next day I got a call from the company itself explaining about the tutoring opportunity. The opportunity was exactly what I was looking for, near Indiranagar where I'm living. And in another couple of days, I got the 2nd tuition also.
And here I'm now, teaching 3 students, near Indiranagar, Richmond & Ashok Nagar.
Highly recommended to all the teachers! You might have to wait for sometime till you get the opportunity but surely worth waiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words are not enough to show my gratitude towards Ideal Home Tuition's services. My son is a special kid who needed a tutor with lots of patience. I told my requirement in detail to Mr Abhishek over a phone call. He took a day to get back to me and then sent a tutor by name Kalpana. She is a soft spoken tutor with lots of patience. She understands the need of my kid and communicates with him very well. He has never been so comfortable with any tutor before.

This is a glorified brokerage agency at best and a head hunter company at worst, with a rather dubious business model.
‘Company Policy’: -
Their ‘company policy’, if you can call it that, involves guzzling up to 50% of the tuition fee charged by the tutor for the first month as brokerage. Thereafter, the tutor will continue to pay 10% of his tuition fee as brokerage. So, in total, the tutor pays
(50% of his first monthly fee OR 50% of his hourly fee for 26 hours) + 10% of his fee as brokerage to the agency, all for what - just to match the profile and pass on the contact numbers.
Lack of transparency: -
It is also surprising that this sham of a ‘company policy’ doesn’t even find a mention in the website.
So, on one side you have the hardworking home tutor who does all the work like traveling to the students’ place, preparing the teaching material, making the student understand the subject. And on the other side is this paper pushing agency, which offers so little to the high price it is charging.
Finally: -
The company may be getting a good name for the hard work of the registered tutors, but they are not doing anything out of the ordinary to ensure good quality tutors. The agency only accepts photocopies of degree certificates and address proofs – which is not extremely difficult to counterfeit in India

I got my first assignment for 7th standard Science & Mathematics.
It's been a week since I have taught & I must say I'm really enjoying working as a teacher very much!
The parents are also quite flexible with my class timings.
Thank you Ideal Home Tuition for providing me this opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had requested a home tutor for my son on 7th of this month. I was surprised to see the home tutor sent the next day itself. The tutor was well-mannered & suited my requirement as discussed over the phone with Mr Abhishek. My son usually takes time to get along with anyone but they did listen to my specific needs & sent the tutor accordingly.
I have tried other tuition companies but I must say Ideal Home Tuition seems to be promising of all. Highly recommended for their good service! I couldn't go to their office because of some urgency but thinking to personally meet the company head to thank.
