★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place if you are thinking to live here. The landlord is only polite and friendly in the beginning and cares only for the money.
Once you have paid the rent, nobody will ever listen to any issue related to the house. He does not tell you things such as unhygienic bathrooms, rooms and food place full of rats. It was one of my biggest mistake to take accommodation here. I would not recommend anyone. Hated it.
Especially the treatment of the owner and the so called staff which does not even clean the rooms.

I stayed here for some time,, BUT the owners are just after money, They do not care if there is any problems Paying guests are facing, Owner Lady is a big trouble all the time. They will promise you about cleaning staff and wifi and other facilities BUT most of the times No staff comes for cleaning. If we complain then they will NOT refund deposit and tell you to leave. DO NOT try this place..
