★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NTPC guest house is maintained here. They are really good to see. There are 2 guest houses in Kolkata for NTPC. One is in Ballygunge and another one is this. So, they maintain it well. We can get all the hospitality here. It is super good to see everyone.

Flats are well designed and maintenance is good.
All in all a Value for money apartments
