★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. Very arrogant staff and owner. Rented Brahmani saree for a whopping 800 rs rent and 2000 deposit per day per saree. They say one thing while giving you on rent and agree to what you say and when it's time to return they lie. Turn on their words. We rented out at 12.45 pm and told them next day I have to go to work. I can come at 9 and give you. They said, it's fine. We open late and you can come late. I told them I will give while returning from ofs. They agreed to it. And next day at 12 they send a message through one lady who went to return that if it's returned late they will charge extra rent. When argued about this, the owner denied that same discussion happened and said she trusts her staff. She doesn't need customers like this.

The shopowner swati is a great person she will always help you to choose the great dreass in which you are look perfect.Staff is veru helpful. Prize is also affordabal compaire to other shops. Must visited shop.

Too much expensive. The stitching quality is very very bad, not even upto the mark of normal tailor. forget about boutique quality stitching.
The complete staff including owner is too much diplomatic and keep on lying all the time.
They charge you like anything and commit that they charge it for boutique quality stitching and bla bla bla. But very very worst quality I even seen.
Wasted my money. please dont get fooled with their sweet words.
