★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDFC First Bank is targeting illiterate poor people to give loans at much high rate of interest with unaffordable EMI without varification of their source of income.
They are offering loans online (by sending SMS). Unknowing about the interest rate, once an illiterate person click on the link they immediately send their varification agent who collect aadhar card, bank account etc.
The same thing happened with a lady (house wife) who wants to return money to the bank but the bank is not listening to her request.
What should she do can any one suggest?
