★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am anup Kumar Pandey, I had taken a two wheeler loan a year back. Whose loan account number is 37887871. I used to pay its EMI daily timely, but now on 21st December 2021, I made the full payment.But till now it has not been updated by the bank, due to which a charge of Rs 1462 has been charged in my account and has also affected CIBIL.I had informed the loan department employee Mr. Ramkishore through WhatsApp and mail. But till now my problem is not resolved. Nor has Mr Ramkishor ji given any revert till now.I am very upset now, and even after making full payment, I am still being harassed to pay the EMI. Which I don't have any loan now.These are the services of IDFC Bank, how they harass their customers, who will pay this loss of mine.
Iam not happy with this bank, very bad bank and very bad service by bank's employee.Now I will never suggest IDFC Bank to any of my relative or known person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very wrost service and don't take any loan of this bank. Their employees used to call from their personal number on WhatsApp and use abusive language with customer.
Such behaviour from any bank is highly unexpected and unofficial.
Please don't take any loan from this bank.
