As they dont have time to revert on mail if we are asking why they deduct our amount as there is no record of payments in application so guys next is this bank which is going to shut down

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience. I take personal loan but after 6 emi auto debit not working (ECS). All the time staff call me and asking for EMI after 1st of every month but no one can resolve issue. Not happy with bank services .
And the person who call me on behalf of bank have no sense how to talk with customers. And have not any knowledge of banking. they are all same NIL & BLANK....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and wrong loan emi bounce charges my emi due date is 2 and I received wrong bounce charges date 1 it's a theap banker not safe I m regularly calling customer care date 1 jan 2021 to date 8 jan 2021 but my problem is not resolved by idfc I m sharing some screenshots bank statement 1 ss is statement and 2 ss is last Monday to Friday regular complaint no note down by idfc customer care they send me msg in inbox but problem is no resolved. Very bad and very poor bank service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In during this coronavirus situation they are not giving work from home and call us in office. Nobody are not following government guidelines and no social distancing. No action taken by Head of department should take action as they are not paying us incentive properly, so many logout happening when working from home of my friends and no IT help. We are interviews for Inbound team and now doing crosssell and email also for other team. Also forced to work on Saturday which is our week off. We are employee not slave.

The bank has nice infrastructure and it's neat, clean & well maintained also.
The employees are very friendly and supportive.They always greets you whenever you visit. They are very fast and punctual in service. Same day cheque clearance facility.
