★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch Manager Ms Pallavi is so rude with customers, initially she literally begged to open an account in her back and now when after 3yrs, I needed some support from her but that lady talks so rudely as if we are some slave to her, either, throw her out from her post, else, I shall along with 12 members of my family is closing account from your stupid bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of worst and pathetic customer service. They aren't resolving my issue and it's been 45days. Now they are ignoring my calls, emails and messages. I used twitter, Facebook, Instagram and posted comments and messages but no resolution. Infact maximum resolution time was 20 days. They had to close my loan account because they have received refund for the order which I placed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank is all new in the market so of course yes it will take time to set up and provide best of the services like other banks for all of its products. If you have an account here, be patient and give them time to give good service to you in return. Its a bank afterall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idfc Okhla phase 2 New Delhi branch manager told me that if I want to convert my account to minimum balance 10000 from 25000 than I will have to open my child account with them. Is there any RBI circular supporting that or they are RBI itself to make rules. Or they are trying to take benefit of illiteracy rate of india. ?
But whatever it is now I want to close my account from that bank and request to everyone do not open your account in such a fraud bank and they also said server is not running at 10.30 am there bank is giving tough competition to government banks ??Mark my words

But in my account deduct money
And no one coordinate
So it's services is very very bad
Sale person come to my home and open account
But no service provider
