★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service.... very worst ever.
I have applied for Home loan their guy told me within 15 days i will get loan approval but today 2.5 month get pass still my loan not get passed after submitting all required documents,so i request you don't go for capital first there are many other options indiabulls,Yes bank & so on even their interest rate is also lower than capital first.
Dear capital first please don't play with someone emotions by giving them date & date and So much poor communication among your staff they even can't get update the things about the procedure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at capital first loan department. Charges more then commitment. When I missed my installment, their recovery boys talk very rudely with me using bad words. Recovery boys talk as they give me loan.....hahahahah...very bad experience at CAPITAL FIRST. I never suggest anyone to take any kind of loan with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They rejected my bike loan EMI cheque without any reason and when I try to know about why they rejected my cheque through their customer care number, They always cut my call or without any proper solution they give me one another helpline number but when I call on that number it's have been always unreachable. Very bad experience and they always waste my.

even you can't change your mobile number if you completely lost it..
Sabse bekar jo inhone PayTM me pay karne ka option rakha hai vo ...
third class company.
You can understand their service just call the customer which they mentioned officially .... kabhi nahi lagata bhai

I was get Loan before 3 years. when I applied for another loan now a time but i got that my 2 wheeler loan which i already completed is Active.
and No one try to contact me for this loan.
what the hell type service.
After complete loan, since 1.5 years my loan status is Active. Now i do not know my account ID, but customer representative told me sorry without Account no we do not have any information.
hell type service finance.
Always ready for charges, this charges, those charges. no one help you and support you.
