★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. they've charged me twice in a month for the same amount for my instalment.. top of it now representative who visited my place from emi collection department do not answers my call. Am never going to avail any service from capital first in future.. you guys do not value people money. Shame on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with capital first. I paid all the instalments timely except once and paid all the dues in person, but they still deduct money from my account every month in the name of some ECS return even after settling everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worst possible personal loan provider. Beware when you close your loan. They will wake up all of a sudden after 3 year of closer and start asking for the repayment. Keep your closer statement for rest of your life God knows when they start demanding for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now It is called IDFC first Bank. Very bad experience with them as faced lot of hardships in closing used car loan. Staff is not cooperative at all. Security guards do not let the people enter this loan branch of IDFC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever... Not a cooperative staff... In covid -19 no Safty measure were taken by these... Saying to sit on the small room where already too much crowd..... While calling... They pick up the call and then hang up... Tried every way to reach them during lockdown throgh call email... Everything but they dont even take a minute to reply... Plz dont take an loan from then... U will cry after that.... Thats the reason they have worst review on map

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't take any loan in past from this finance company. They are frequently calling me on my mobile through random numbers despite my mobile is registered in DND. IVR says on phone 'Based on your good track records, we are offering you personal loan....' Now, I'm blocking all the numbers, all calling numbers belong from Chandigarh (+91 172) now, in past they all belong from Mumbai and Gurgaon. Every-time they call me through random numbers and it happens usually 2-3 times every week. Therefore, it's very irritating.
I would recommend you all not to take any loan form this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prepaid my emi 3 days prior to my auto debit date and still was charged 400 rs. 2 times.
I have been charged 800rs. Bounce charges for paying emi prior to the date of autodebit... i mean seriously... not paying emi is a different aspect but being charged for paying emis before time is really not understandable... This is sheer cheating.
