★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst finance company. For customer trapping first said interest will 12.5% and after approval its because 18.5%. Really fkr. Please be aware of this dogs. And loan repayment fix charges of 7-8 k. Compay Policy is never say charges before approval..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before you take a loan from them. Irresponsible customer care. Real bad services. They block the card when they want without any intimation, no notification before doing a transaction. Try them with your Hope and Luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capital First now IDFC First is providing very poor & bad loan Services. I advise to all people please don't take loan from Capital First now IDFC First. I have paid Online EMI payment but can't be downloaded payment receipt then end of the month they call me for EMI payment even I have already paid online. There is no updation of your payment in their system. Customer Care staff is talking with us very badly. My EMI payment has been adjusted against Bounce charges without informing me. They have cut unnecessary various charges from bank account. Staff of IDFC can not be able to give proper solution of Customer's problem. Home credit is much better than Capital first (IDFC First). Please don't pay EMI in advance if you have pending bounce charges any then they will adjust your EMI paymnet against Bounce charges. So pay your EMI on due date through bank. Very very bad experience from Paisa khau cheater company CAPITAL FIRST. IT IS NOT CAPITAL FIRST OR IDFC FIRST BUT IT IS NAMED CHEATING FIRST....?

Worst service ever
And they will only provide you service before opening account or before sanction of loan
Then no service will be provided
If you really want satisfactory service then never ever go with IDFC
