You guys are cheater. One of your sales agent called to take a loan and convinced us for personal loan having the interest rate of 13%, we agreed on the same rate. After the loan clearance you charged us 16.5% i.e 3.5% extra. The person (Rishi) came to collect the docs. He did not even inform my mother that the interest rate would be 16.5% . She can't read English. So Rishi take advantage and take the signature of my mother in my absence.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
TODAY, 27/NOV/17 THE AGENT NAMED AMIT WHO ANSWER MY CALL, DENIED TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO HIS SUPERVISOR AND ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE HIS EMPLOYEE ID AND TEAM LEADER'S NAME.
THEY CLOSED MY COMPLAINT WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible and worse finance company. Don't ever deal with this. My father applied for a personal loan. A local branch person came for the enquiry . He didn't inform us about the enquiry results. My father called him and he said ur loan is declined. Than on 4th day the same amount been credited to our account without any intimation. We don't need this loan amt. As we applied from another bank. Customer care is so bad in conversation and taking any step to sought our problem.
It is the worse experience ,I ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional banking system, including app and online payments, I fully pay my remaning loan in jan 21, they still depositing mandate in my 0 balance A/c, when i continue my A/c for another product, bank charge me 590/mnth for every mandate return till date, even after i close the loan in jan 21, dont trust their online payment system, or confirm peronally, dont expect professionalism..
