★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the branch (After confirmation with IDFC Customer Care) for foreclosure of Car loan, the concern representative asked me to wait for sometime, sometime = 1hr, (wherein I has already infomed her that I want to foreclose my car loan, still she asked me to wait) while at the conversation with bank representative she told me to Visit Paldi branch for loan foreclosure. Third Class services allmost after waiting 1 hr at the branch, I got Reply this reply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this fast world they still going too slow.. went for FD each time they keep us waiting. From employees behaviour feel like we are burden on them . Private bank but work style more worst then public bank..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service in now days. l have my 3 family member account in c,g.road branch ahmedabad but last 4 month so many call in my number for credit card services offer i request so many times branch manager mitali madam i dont need any credit card and dont call any in my mobile number but still cant solution any provide branch manager i close all my account and further call still come i take legal action on branch they sell my personal details and mis use with client.so request all indian member please dont open account with idfc first bank they share your personal detail to sales person and there sales personal also know your bank balances details so close all account in idfc asap...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash deposit time 20 min. Only 1 person handling multiple work. If u deposit cheque and by mistake if u enter wrong date or sign, no one checking. Facing poor service since 3 years.

Customer service only for formality purpose.
I want to branch contact number but denied from customer service.
May be if Am not wrong than this bank for no longer time.
Because as per service I think management problem and financial crisis condition.
