★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of idfc bank is located near hotel harsh anand in civillines allahabad.
One of the worst banks i have ever visited in my life of 26 years. Staff is so bad and they don't treat customers with respect, they don't even have proper information about the schemes offered by the bank. The receptionist is mannerless and i will suggest the bank to remove her immediately. She is forcing people to open accounts with huge money and she takes customers for granted.
Infrastructure is so old and availability of staff is less. They don't wear masks and primary covid precautionary measures are not followed here properly. Clean drinking water is also not available in the branch.
