She is a sweetheart I have never seen someone who has this great work ethic and she is so passionate about her work. She has filed visa on holidays, she has worked outside of her working hours and most importantly she checked on me from time to time.I was just fortunate enough to have her on my side. I wish her to achieve great endeavors in future and to help students in the same way as she has done for me.

My counselor was Sumitra ma'am, she is really supportive as well as she helped a lot and I'm sure that others are also the same. I would like to thank IDP for their amazing support, specially amid pandemic. I sincerely appreciate my Counselor Divya Mam for being so responsive and giving me proper guidance. The information and advice she gave; made all the difference in helping me to find the best suitable collage and I also acknowledge her efforts and commitment because i still can remember the night we file my visa, divya mam was there working till 10 PM at night selflessly.

My counselor was Divya madam, she was extremely supportive throughout my visa process. Even in this pandemic situation, she worked after office hours to solve my every query. Because of her fast actions and accurate information, I managed to get a lot of problem fixed. She shares any update on your file right away without wasting a second. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally!! My wait is over, I got my visa and all because of Divya Ma'am. I had good experience with IDP, throughout my university applications & visa application process. I am really thankful to Divya Ma'am for being available whenever I needed, providing vital information and scheduling timely online meetings during this pandemic for each and every stage of process. She helped me for my SOP format, making of it and described how and which types of content needed to make it.What made me amazed is that she even works after her working hours and on holidays too. I still remember, she filed my study visa on her day off. She has that level of enthusiasm and motivation to help students like us to achieve our dreams.
