★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IDP is a worst organization. Bring back British council. Someone needs to filed police case against this fraud IDP. We had not enough chairs to sit for all students in registration area, exam had been delayed by an hour, invigilators were so rude and arrogant, the headphones were third class, and most important, nobody can contact IDP through phone, they don't reply query immediately by e-mails. Someone must teach a lesson this useless IDP.

Due to computer delivered test, I utilize my time in reading(Instead of writing answers, copy paste options available) and writing (could edit essay anytime from anywhere in paragraph) compare to paper based exam.
In reading highlighting text is quite irritating because it needs triple click to highlight text. (1st right click for pop up + double left click to highlight text from pop up). It should be improve.
Otherwise, The test center is excellent in terms of facilities and hygiene they maintain. Staff is exceptionally very co operative and supporting.
I request to authority that please give options to choose speaking date and time while registration.
It will be great if speaking test will conduct on same day with the interval of 2 hour from LRW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Examiner for Speaking. That lady who was listening to me was yawning right in front of my eyes. She didn't appear to be interested in taking the speaking test. By making frightening expressions, she would make you lose your confidence. The second phase of the speaking test was supposed to take two minutes, but she only allowed me to talk for one minute, during which time I was fluent and uninhibited.
We pay a lot of money to take an exam, and then you place us in front of examiners who don't even know how to conduct a speaking examination.
