This company is involved in VVIP chopper scam, AgustaWestland Scam in India. Working for IDS Info-tech feels like you are one of there slaves working for them and they are king governing you. First of all they will not give offer letter at all, and then they will try to not pay you for at least 2-3 months , so that you are under them one and try to fake you with promises.
Make you sign way contract , in which they feels comfortable. Work place is pathetic and working for them even worse. They tell there foreign clients , we are the best , but in reality they are the worst .
Make you work like animal and pay you like beggar.
And last when you tell these things to customer whom you are working for them , when not getting paid in full for several months, they will fire you without paying a penny.
So end up working free for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have joined there as a trainee for 3 months. It was a horrible experience for me as they told me after 3 months that we are extending your time period for training and then we'll tell you the evaluations. Please don't hire resources if you don't need them.
I was stressed but then I decided to step out and find job somewhere else. I am happy and always feel proud on my decision.
