★ ★ ★ ★ ★ iFast Financials services are pathetic...customer care is useless i am an account holder made a redemtion request of my units funds required for some emergency erupt.. made request through them on 20th september as per procedure it takes T+3 for redemtion of units its been 28th september today it has now become T+5 as per working days and still my units were not sold and now they are blaming AMC for it i even confront AMC and AMC has shown me all relevant proofs that units in my account were never sold and ifast is making lame excuses and stories all of lies to hide their mistakes.
I am certainly closing my account with them it was mistake to open account with them.
