★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their after sale service is not that good. We have complained about our washing machine and its been 3 days but they have not fixed it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is very poor. Our elena Zx washing machine suddenly had no power . The product is under WARRANTY PERIOD.It has been one week and still the part has not YET come. There has to be some solution to the problem. There is also no confirm status when it will be repaired .
As you must be knowing that washing clothes is an essential routine . So kindly provide us a replacement machine, or supply us with a servant to wash clothes or allow us to come and wash our clothes in the showroom which can be a good demo of your product .
In this corona period or otherwise also we can wait for 1or 2 days for service .
So kindly give us the reply and take immediate action.
Ifb products also has a drop in quality. Our senator model worked for 12 years with minimum complaint in last couple of years.
