I am following up with IFB customer service to get a resolution.
No support from the dealer, rather they are not even answering the calls.
Sir - thanks for your reply. I have already raised it with customer care, it will be great if you can actively help with the replacement. At the least pick my call and provide a prompt response, (the way you have provided here on google reviews)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my great experience with IFB point in gaur city. I bought built in oven from here, which had a dent and glass loose , other dealers might have refused to replace since packaging was opened and broken , but Mr. madhur who is the owner of the shop replaced it, i didn't even have to go anywhere.. just one call and he himself came for checking it, picking it and delivering a fresh piece. He saved me from calling IFB customer care. The owner is just one call away for all the support needed. I didn't even have to call IFB customer care once even for installation which happened after 2 month of purchase. I have not got this experience even from the online platforms.
If you want to buy any IFB product just head over to this store don't even look at online platforms...
Also the person who came for installation was great, I was present at installation and my wife was not there . He said just give me a call I will come again to demonstrate it when you will start using it and ma'am will be here...
