★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a convection oven 34BC , 34litres last year in May .. There was a technical problem in the oven as it was not reheating and the light in the oven was not functioning. I placed a complaint with the IFB point, Rajajinagar 3 weeks back as I had purchased this oven from their store.. They took my complaint n sent the technician the very same day of the complaint registered. The technician sent by them took the oven saying they will repair it n give it back the next day. But even after 4 to 5 there was no updates regarding the oven. After repeatedly calling them for many times, they told me that they will repair it n give it to me the second week. The manager as well as the technician has no sense of responsibility of giving the customer the updates regarding my oven., didn expect such a service from them.. disappointing! It’s been 3 weeks n I still haven’t got my oven back.
I request the IFB company to look into the matter. If the oven cannot be repaired then I want my oven to be replaced under warranty.
