★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% Genuine review:Please don't go for IFB washing machines in srikakulam.They are robbing customer's money and won't respond for months. Gowri Shankar is the head and he won't be answering your calls after taking the money.You have to wait for months for your service if something needs to change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ifb washing machine 10 years ago front load and now a problem came into existance that noise is coming from drum. called ifb service centre guy, he came and without checking anything he simply stated it will be taking money of 7000-8000 rupees, i said no and i myself repaired it there is no need of changing drum only a single back bearing got damaged which costed me only 180 rupees. These srikakulam service centres unnecessarily looting money of people. Being an engineering student i know what is the fault and said no to service centre guy who told 8k.what will the scenario of normal people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just sell the productd and leave us for service centers who simply loot us. I am facing problem with ifb washing machine from this shop and they did not respond for proper service. Ifb services are very bad and they did not lift our phones.higher authority will not take proper actions. They call us for selling their products thoroughly. Use less product.do no purchase them.
