★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, the technician is totally unqualified and does not know what the problem with the IFB washing machine is, has replaced my working motor with a so called new motor, still my problem of noise from drum exists, every time new technician coming...Uptil now issue not resolved...now they don't answer phone calls and if phone call is answered very rude & unprofessional behaviour on the phone...Need my money refunded back. rated one star as without rating does not allow to post comments.
