Pros
1. It has Emergency normal beds, HDU, RED ZONE ,ICU, Emergency OT, Emergency lab & Isolation room
2. There are 35 Emergency beds, 20HDU beds, 15 RED ZONE beds, 7-8ICU beds and 8 Isolation room
3. There are many doctors and skilled nurses from various specialities available 24*7
4. We have latest updated instruments to treat the patients like O2 inhalant, nebulization, ventilators,etc
Cons
1. Due to non availability of beds the patients are disappointed and have to move to other hospitals
One can come here for serious conditions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the emergency department of IGIMS, Patna... Recently renovated but there is severe paucity of beds due to heavy patient load... Services are paid and treatment commences only if a bed is available.. if you really have an emergency its not advisable to come here..
