★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its very bad service. I applied for Govt Allotted connection through online on 01 Aug 20 and till date no gas supply to my house where already meter and pipe line is installed. More than 20 times I contacted to IGL customer care on phone and email but most of the time wrong information provided. Its ridicules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though the petrol is of high quality and no adulteration is there, the service is pathetic. In a country with joblessness this petrol pump is shorthanded. A min wait of 5min before someone comes to u or else generally you have to bhaiya someone to tend to u. Service really needs to improve.
