★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of students have fond memories of Gen Education Building, having spent many an hours at the Canteen too. That is the only significance of this place which otherwise is unimpressive and not well maintained place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No anyone pickup phone, I tried many times. The IGNOU is worst university in india. They feel like they are providing free education to us. No information no proper education no student support. I recommend never never never suggest to get admission at IGNOU for any course.

No one is replying mails . They are playing with students Carrer , education . Highly non recommended. It is much better option to sit home rather then to take admission here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst, when it comes to paper checking and assignment marks.
They take the most number of days than any other regional centre of ignou to declare assignments marks (march assignments submitted gets their marks in Dec or Jan i.e even after TEE results)and the marks are redundantly given.
If you are scoring in 60s in TEE paper believe me if you go for re-checked you won't get less than 73 marks.
The compulsory subjects like BSHF101 and FST
In this the marks are given directly without seeing the content i.e., 60 marks to whoever is submitting the assignments.
The teachers do purposely give you less marks so that they can earn more by re-checking and actually the whole university works on that principle.
A person had to fill the form for next TEE but his results of re-evaluation was not declared even one day before the last date of exam form. How ridiculous behavior by the management? They won't even return your money if in case you are declared pass and (in tension of missing exam form deadline you fill the form)
During covid they made us fill the exam form twicely and didn't returned the due money even after 1.5yrs.
On paper they will say cheapest university but if you count the re-checking (by default most have to do if they are aspiring for higher marks)
You had to pay 5k every Sem extra .
For them , they behave as if they are doing charity
Even charity givers also make sure that the person is fine or not with the management but IGNOU gets lead in that also.
Don't know on what basis they are accredited with A++ when in actual sense they don't deserve even C.
The question paper whether it TEE or Assignments when it says, answer in about 500 words, the checker don't understands it he/she wants 10 page answer for that , which is written in about 1 and half page in reference books.

Then you are at right place!!
They are not serving the purpose for which it was made!! Focusing just upon Delhi regional centre is not sufficient when staffs are with outdated knowledge
