★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever want to find out if today is your lucky day, just make a phone call to this place. If your call is answered then, congrats ??? its your lucky day!!! The biggest irony is IGNOU is India's largest & renowned open university, still it doesn't have an alternate electricity source. #No_electricity_no_work.
