Since I had left my number asking for information, I was called by a girl from your Meerut office about the MBA course that I wanted to know about.She passed me on to another. I asked them whether I would get a Certificate at the end of the course from the UK. They did not understand the question. So, I jokingly said that I was willing to teach them some English so that their conversion rate was better. They called me an idiot and said they knew English.
After that I spoke to a Natasha who did not seem to understand that as a customer I was right.
There was nothing unparliamentary in what I said.
Please could you advise the ladies who take up telecalling that they need to improve their listening skills. It is not easy, but, it needs to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a call from the staff Akshay and he mentioned about Internship from MNCs and other companies and told there is a chance of getting placed in those companies. His senior Ketan also promised the same. Akshay told they will contact the company only after completing the payment. After completion of the fees of 30k they just gave some random saved data sets that we already worked in the class and asked to do. Then they said the internship is given by them only not by other companies. I joined there only for internship and placement. They are not even giving proper placements. The only use is that you can add 2 certificates in your resume.
