★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to all who have applied for home loan from IIFl, i would rather suggest to take some extra burden on shoulders and buy a registered property (with map) so that you can easily get a loan from a registered banks like SBI, HDFC & LIC etc. on minimum interest rates. Do not trust this company and their employees, they can do anything to save their commissions and salaries. Instead of going for IIFl i suggest you to spend money on your old home and make it better or save money and take personal loan from a reputed bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont ever come to IIFL Home loan , Employees will do anything for their commission , in my case they steal two cheque , Its not possible to buy register land , Mangers are very care less Mr.Traun yadav sales manager, Provide very poor service . 100 % poor service , They will not pick up your phone calls , If you call customer care , simply you will get hold and ask you wait 4 are 5 days , And IIFL EMPLOYEES will have some local Rogers contact they will thread you , Please dont ever come to IIFL home loan ,
