★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They send the msg, but not give the contact number for the correspondence. They change their new cg road office, but never give the address of new office. How can we contact them? They are the most careless persons, they don't bother about the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to redeem some of my mutual funds but the way their employees behaved was pathetic. Employees in mutual fund dept of this branch needs behavioral training of how to talk to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IIFL is the worst one of them all.
I was a beginner and got a call from them when I was a student 2 years ago. The online account procedure is very simple and they will help you in all ways to open one. They will also assign a relationship manager. But he is generally useless.
The recommendations they provide are always false. Moreover, they have a facility where you give rights to relationship manager and he takes trades for you. I opted for this and incurred a loss of 17000Rs on sum invested 25000(yes just 25 thousand). Everytime there was a loss, he would say markets are volatile and all.
The worst part comes now. I told them to close my account . now they act like nothing is there in their hand. No help at all. They say it is jot possible online, we have to visit offline branch. When I visited offline branch they told me to go to other ‘main' branch. In the main branch they say manager is not there, x is not there, y not there and make it hell to close that account.
Don't fall in thrleir trap. Do not open account in IIFL in first place
