★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Following are the false promises and incomplete information
1.Higher Interest Rate: I was informed by the executive that the Interest rate will be in between 9-9.5%. On my request of lowering the interest rate, he mentioned to us that he'll make sure that the interest rate will not exceed 9%, however the result (9.75%) completely dissatisfied me.
2. Processing fee & charges: No prior information given about the processing fee and charges for home loan approval.
3. Insurance: Insurance of INR 110000/- was added in my home loan amount without my consent, which increased the EMI of my loan by INR 1000. Wherein I was never informed by the executive about this insurance. After the final approval letter, he mentioned that the insurance is mandatory whenever you apply for a home loan, however it was mentioned in my approval letter that " I have opted for insurance of INR 110000/-." (if it is mandatory, then i want everything in written).
4. Higher interest rate for top floor: I was never informed by the executive that higher interest rate will be applicable on purchase of a top floor. The same was completely shocking for me when I got the approval letter of my loan, as I was expecting lower EMIs on my loan. (Nothing was in written)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't any hoarding to locate the ofice, keep asking local people for the adress. No parking for 2 wheelers as well as 4 wheelers and it's a tow away zone, need to manage on own our own. Building parking is reserved for employees only. There are only 2 executive for any query. Make sure to reach early as it is a first come first serve basis.
