★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined IIYN after my wife recommended me. Now I can proudly say that, It was one of the best decision to join here. Manohar sir is one of the best health tutor I have seen. He is very kind, smooth and flexible to help in this course. My course was for 60 sessions and it was fun doing all the sessions. This total course was completely a internal purification of our body plus yoga. More than yoga and sessions I learnt the necessity to keep a healthy lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this place to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a GEM! .I cant say enough good things about this place (IIYN). I have actually put off writing this review just to share my experience and I know I can not possibly find the words to do this place justice.
The Place itself is amazing. The power yoga studio is hygienic, air filtered and provides a sense of calmness and peacefulness. The doctors (instructors) at IIYN are good at delivering the best result for time and Money.
It doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga or if you have been doing it for years IIYN will provide an environment that is conducive to healing, Change, and growth of health.
and what I have experienced most here is, IIYN will provide a unique solution for every individual sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a yogic therapy for migraine and acidity problem. while searching I found IIYN near my place. I visited IIYN and my health conditions were properly diagnosed by Manohar sir. Based on health condition he suggested few Sessions which suits for my body condition. He is very professional and explained how we can treat my health issues. The sessions were very effective and I feel my body become very light and flexible. It was one-one consultation and Manohar sir guided well. Good part is that post my therapy, I haven't got any migraine or acidity . Place is clean and well maintained. All these sessions were helped me to cleanse my body and work as expected. Dedication is very important if we are expecting good results. I would recommend to visit IIYN if you want a therapy without any medication

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is genuine in addressing one’s health problems without using any medicines. I joined therapy sessions here for a month and I could literally start seeing the positive results from day one. I had severe stress levels and sever shoulder pain because of work. I even had few lipoma nodes under my skin. I could find solutions to all my problems at this place. I just finished a 40-session therapy course at IIYN and got transformed myself into a new dimension of life. My stress levels are totally under my control and my sleep quality has improved tremendously. Thank you, Dr. Manohar sir, for all your help during the therapy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to tell tat it's not only a treatment... it's an experience... go for it in real to believe it. My childhood sinus which I had learnt to live with has almost gone.. almost 2 months... I hvnt used my medicine.. without which I couldn't calm my sinus. The real hidden you comes out by d end of d course. Thanks to Manohar sir... for being d perfect guide n bringing up so much of confidence within me. I see a new me... in d mirror each day... because of him. Without visiting d center u cannot guess... what magical happens there... I definitely will follow up n stay in touch to keep healthy n fit. Thank u sir..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well after trying all the therapies like Allopathy,ayurveda, homeopathy, accupressure accupressure and what not I joined IIYN as a last try for my wheasing problem and excessive fatigue and was also over weight with depression issues.
I was also one of the person who randomly googled for yoga classes and therapy and got to know about IIYN
But trust me my life has taken a new dimension after I have been diagnosed from this place.
Not only physically that I'm soo fit but also mentally I have become sooo strong.
I did not even have the trust in the beginning when Dr Manohar told all my issues will come down very soon...but that's when magic happened!
For a girl with soo much complications with health from childhood and had problems to conceive....I now can tell I am a mom with be with zero complications
All thanks to IIYN and Dr. Manohar who has been a great support and have made me overcome sooo many things!
Really a wonderful place not just for physical transformation but also life transforming experience is assured!
