★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really had a great experience visiting this flagship store! It's Huge! Literally Huge!
While their worldwide philosophy of doing everything yourself (DIY) can be seen here from the start towards billing and packing too!
While it's good they are being consistent, I personally am not a fan of a full DIY!. Nevertheless the experience was different but good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic little store. The people are so nice. Crowd control really good. If your not vaccinated no entry. The wait time is clearly shown and water and chairs are kept for the clients who wish to enter the store. The dogs nearby are also taken care of since I saw bowls of water for them. IKEA has done a great job. We were served by a good gentleman Mr. Chandu. Efficient and truly had a good attitude. Parking 150 close by. Waiting-20 mins. Packing service- yourself with paper. Thank you.

I mean if you just want to spend time on weekends and you don't have any work just go and visit the store .. I mean the local shops with 5 star do also give same furniture if we need to customize it. Here, I personally found things rather costly and even the basic things are costly.. like hangers and cloth cabinets that even I can buy from Dadar or Crawford Market ?? .. Yes ! But if you are fond of expensive things you can visit it for sure !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer of IKEA since years now and was excited to visit a city center store. Like always I enjoyed my visit to IKEA, full of inspiration and one feels like buying everything you see. Must visit for all who cannot take out the time to visit Navi Mumbai.
I’m glad it’s opened in Worli as the store is just 15 mins away from my home and has now been my once a week place for a yummy treat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IKEA is an absolutely fun place to shop for interiors or to even be inspired while designing your house. They are placed over two floors with well divided sections. The items are very reasonable priced. They also have kitchen wares. Though this outlet gets crowded on the weekends and you might have to stand in a queue to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good store within city limits. The space is not as large as the one at Navi Mumbai but the store is set up well. You'll find most of the items for your home needs. Having a self check-out counter is good.
There's also the restaurant serving chicken and veg meatballs. The restaurant space could have been bigger as the footfall will increase over a period of time.

More than 8000+ items.
Small items for household to electric items, beds, kitchen styles, crockery, utensils.
You name it and all is available under one roof.
Items are of good quality and reasonably priced.
It was Sunday when we visited and it was too crowded.
Till almost 10.00 p.m. people were not willing to move out
It has a restaurant within the building serving snacks.
Worth visiting and one must visit if you are thinking of buying or renovating your house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IKEA City store is smaller than the Navi Mumbai store but still has an excellent range of products.
Though this is a "smaller" format, it spans 3 floors and is larger than most other home goods stores.
Covid norms are strictly followed with vaccination check and they even have a waiting area in case the store exceeds maximum capacity.
Staff are quite helpful. TIP: use the IKEA app or the barcode scanner/touchscreens across the store to scan product barcodes and view a lot more details or to save/compare products on the app
