★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pg tenants smoke in terrace and balcony. Pg owner is very irresponsible. The rooms are small and congested with no ventilation. Would highly recommend to search for another pg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pg in brookefield. Charges are too high for such small rooms. Wifi bandwidth is not even enough for browsing. Its a 5 storey building with rooms in corner, so no mobile network. Owner is money minded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are not cleaned frequently. Food is served in parking lot. Only 2 washing machines which are always occupied. The water tastes salty, I think the purifier is not cleaned from months. Worst pg in brookefield

Moreover the people who maintaing this are so kind . Go for this pg without any doubt. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No power backup in the pg, still lift is there. Rooms are smelly and there are many cockroaches. The pipe fittings in bathroom are jammed. People in other rooms play songs on full volume, so it's definitely not a place for cmrit college students. Overall bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice PG, I am staying from last 8 months. I have not faced any problem in this PG. Before I stayed in another PG's there is a problems like water, wifi & food. Wonderful maintenance and good cleaning and super food in this PG.
