★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the main office in hazra, but the facility at Dumdum centre is really poor. The classes are disorganized, the faculty is poor and unprofessional. It seems that Ileap is only interested in sharking money off those people who are unable to get into RICE Sealdah for WBCS coaching.
It's useless to waste your time and money attending classes here. It's either better trying to get into RICE or studying through private tutors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Total waste of money. Dont provide classes. Teachers are excellent. Administration is worst. Still uses old method of taking exam(omr and question paper) with lot of errors that brings your moral down. Worst study material

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teachers teach extremely well. And are very experienced and helpful. The number of classes required as per course is not at all sufficient. They don't give the required number of classes. Your queries are always listened to and ultimately no actions are taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The teachers are helpful in building your confidence from the basic level and it depends on you how you will utilize it..Academic heads give classes according to the students' requirements.. And they also arrange mock tests of different exams separately.they give interview guidance also..It will be better if they arrange mock tests of wbcs mains which is going to happen shortly.... Thanks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a parent of a student studying in this institute but this institute is a worthless institute in whole India their administration is worthless they don't provide classes to their students in a proper manner however the teacher's are good but the adminstration is worthless if any issue is put forward to them they just say that speak this to this mam or sir and after going to them they say that speak this to this sir or mam what the hell is this going on they are here only to make money and not for providing quality education i don't know that what the Chairperson is doing sitting in the Head Office.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The faculty is worthless. The teachers are either aspirants themselves or have failed to achieve success in all govt examinations. The hazra branch and Jodhpur branches are worthless. My hard earned money was wasted. The five star reviews are all paid or given by their own people. The management is messed up. The real cause for this failure is Achintyam Bhattacharya, a useless greedy person who used to run this organization as second head. Achintyam Bhattacharya was the reason why many brilliant students left this organization.
