Subhankar chatterjee,Ayan debnath They are very concerned and very co-operative...now I am very happy and recovering well...very good service provider.... highly recommended hospital...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself surojit moulick from Belur, I was admit under Dr. Santanu Sarkar for severe pain in abdomen.Dr. Sarkar is a highly recommended dr. In howrah. He was very good dr. And treated so well, now I am feeling much better and happy for the all over service... ms Amalita Samanta from opd was very helpful and she is very co operative, other than all nursing staff from Admission and tpa department and marketing Mr. Sanjib mitra also very co operative. I am very much satisfied for the serive.... good keep it up and best wishes to all...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just today (03.04.2022) my wife got discharged from ILS Golabari. She was admitted there on 30.03.2022 and a major Operation done there by Dr Varsha Saboo. Dr Varsha Saboo is Excellent and just like god for us.
Services from the staffs and sisters of 7th Floor as well as 3rd Floor and admission sections are awesome.
Day night continuous service for the patient.
Cleanliness is just excellent.
Patient’s diet and foods are nice.
Thanks to Sumit Babu, Administrative Top of ILS Golabari, Mr Debnath - admission assistant, Mr Pratik, Mr Pritam and all others…
Special thanks to Dr Varsha Saboo, Dr Koushik Naha Biswas, Dr Pawan Agarwal and all other Doctors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was admitted on 12th of January for baby delivery and it went absolute fine. The whole process was smooth, very co-operative . They have taken care my wife and new born baby with all aspects. We are really satisfied with the service provided by ILS Howrah.
It was very nice experience. A big THANK U to the entire medicall staffs, operations staff, nurses and all. Special Thanks to Dr Doly Basu Chaudhury who was very approachable any time and did the operation and it was absolutely nice experience with her. Very Special Thanks to Dr Abhishek Tiwary who is absolute Gem of a person and made undetstand us all the processes of new born baby with ease. Special Thanks to Arnab Chatterjee, 5th floor Manager who helped us a lot during our stay. And Special thanks to all the nurses who have taken care of wife and baby with ultimate care

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience at ILS Hospitals (barring the experience during payments and billing). I was here for the birth of our child. Dr Shikha Banerjee and every member of nursing staff were extremely helpful, polite, courteous and looked after both the mother and baby really well.
The staff in payments department are extremely inefficient. Their attitude is like as if they own the world. Useless bunch. They require training in how to talk to people, answer queries and support with processing claims. Poor after taste due to the billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hospitals in WB. Treatment is top-notch. Doctors, nurses are all good. The prices and rates are not uncanny but of course a bit high.
I kept my Grandma there for the last 8 days and she's better than ever. My only concern is about the receptionists. Everyone is genuine there; and I felt like, the behaviour of the receptionists are a bit rude and pseudo. I might be wrong, but that's what I felt.
Nevertheless, the Hospital, treatment, handling of old patients, beds, floor management, ambience,, all together deserves a five star review. :)
