★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a pathetic experience. If there was zero rating, i would have provided one, but unfortunately, minimal rating is 1 .
I went for rebonding treatment at Image, Bhabola , Vasai.
I was doing it for the first time , so was very excited and i thought image would be the better option as people were of the opinion that it is a good parlour but to my experience i payed 6.5k for rebonding and after 1 wash my curls came back and i went to the parlour to complain about this issue and they were like , mam you hair was highlighted before , and highlightment treatment which you have done made your hair frizzy and that why it looks curly but how could one say this just after few days of rebonding treatment .
People used to ask me from which parlour u have done this rebonding treatment coz they were like they didnt do it well , not at all good.
So people, if u want to do such expensive treatments, then pls go to a good parlour or some parlour from mumbai location but dont go for this parlour.
They just grab all your money and dont provide service as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was worst with them, they ruined my wedding for me, the boss of the this palour is very good to talk to and that's how she conquers your mind, but please don't fall for it, it's all fake, she just laughs and laughs and makes you agree for what she's wants. when I went for my wedding trial staff there behaved so disinterested, Pathetic service, they prick Bobby pins on your head till they reach your skull.. don't waste your money here guys, invest someplace better..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, result are not good enough to what charges applied, Did Gold facial and D-tan but glow was not at all on face, even when i wash my face normally it looks better than wt they did.
Done hair color said to be capstyle and cystine was not upuo the mark.
Feeling wasted my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not want to recommend this place to anyone. Firstly I was given a change of dress which was used by some other customer.
Staff need to be trained on basic hygience practises and professionalism.
Training on technique is disappointing, I had to keep telling the staff how to go about the waxing service.
Is this why I am paying you, if you don't understand the correct service method.
I observed, the same sponge is used on every client, it is absolutely dirty and unhygienic, can catch a lot of infections.
The only service which was ok, was the eyebrow service.
The over all experience just made me feel disgusted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to be a regular customer here. I've done my eyebrows and face clean up here regularly. They are good. Most of the staff is new and clueless but since i know few of them i insist on getting it done from them. The owner is too sweet. You will get hypnotized by her talks and do as she says. I wasn't really up for a haircut. I am on the heavier side and have a round face. I had really long hair. She somehow convinced me to crop them as i had split ends and she made me feel like i would look like a celebrity. I agreed as she told me she would just trim them a bit. But she gave me bob cut. And i swear i never looked so ugly in my entire life...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I had an option of rating negative stars.. Staff is very immature and are often not interested in their customers. My wife went to shape up her eyebrows and it took almost 40-45 minutes just to do her eyebrows. The staff was simultaneously talking on phone, chitchatting with other staff, handling other customers etc. Which is very unprofessional. Never going back to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other day my wife went there, one of the staff called manager to ask for charges and she was told 1500 for hair color and 400 for hair cut. when the manager came she said because my wife has thick hair she needs to pay 1700 for hair color. okay but extra 100 rupees fr setting after hair cut. who does that ?? 50 rupees extra for the safety kit okay but staff not wearing gloves wow.. Also the guy almost colored my wife's hair and manager then suggested to add something else in the color and reapply , that took another hour. she was too tired to get her hair set also. total 2180 rupees was paid but my wife wasn't happy. focus on services guys than mouth publicity and value time.
