1- Minus rating for being professional- the owner assumes that students will know his business technicalities prior ordering/buying like - pages , printing, kg, delivery, etc.
Doesn't reply on whatsapp (great profesionalism) and assumes student will call !!
2- Minus rating for owners behaviour - his (rude) solving misunderstandings were however zero, taking out irritation/frustration on student who pointed out mistakes like material not updated was experienced by me and it was really a headache.
3- Minus rating for being customer friendly - his extremely poor behaviour of handling situations was really one should have seen. I was the one who sent them updated version pdf and he was not even thankful !!
But he was really good at moral policing like :- you will be a bureaucrat xyz ( sarcasm hit ) .. Well that has nothing to do with what field I'm into . What is unfair will remain unfair and I stood for it !!
5- And 100 marks for doing commercialisation of education - which is nothing new
All this fuss over a phone call went into vain. Owner sent back book amount and saved his new delivery charges and didn't send my books.
Anyway, all I can say is what goes around comes around. If you will do wrong , you will receive similar in future(applicable universally)
Point to keep in mind :-
-Not updated material or maybe they want to sell out old stuff first idk.. do check your material on internet first before ordering or buying and ask them for index photos.
-There are thousands of shops who have friendly and updated material, try them.
-if you want to invite headaches go for it.
Just by posting photos with toppers like others do, will not make anyone trustworthy or loyal. (All that glitter is not gold)
